American Plan

Modified American Plan

Cabin and dinner only. Only available May 15th – September 30th.

All rates are per person and subject to Maine state lodging sales tax. A non-refundable deposit of thirty percent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due upon arrival and may be paid in cash or by check.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which must be received within fourteen days of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit may be applied toward one future stay in the same calendar year, provided you give at least thirty days’ notice. If you are unable to reschedule, or if the cancellation is given with less than thirty days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, no-call cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals.
